Q. Who should I contact if I have a question regarding an invoice?
A. For all invoice inquiries, contact the Help Desk at 1-877-927-8278. When inquiring, please provide the vendor name, invoice number, and/or purchase order number available. This information will assist the Help Desk in researching your inquiry.
Q. Who do I contact for questions regarding 1099's?
A. Vendors may opt to e-mail the Booz Allen Help Desk with 1099 questions (firstname.lastname@example.org), or call the Help Desk at 1-877-927-8278.
Q. How do I advise Booz Allen regarding a change in vendor name, address, or incorporation status?
A. Complete and return a Form W-9 to email@example.com.
Include your Vendor Name, Vendor ID number or PO number in your email when you return the W-W9 form.
Q. Who should I contact to receive a user name and password for the Ariba Einvoicing Portal?
