ACH is the primary method used by financial institutions, government, companies and consumers to transmit electronic payments. This payment option allows Booz Allen Hamilton to electronically deposit payments directly into your bank account. In addition, a payment notification e-mail containing information that you can use to identify the sender and purpose of the payment including payment date, payment amount, invoice number(s) and a reference for customer inquiries can be sent to an email account or to multiple email accounts.

Booz Allen Hamilton offers this payment option at no cost to you, however, your financial institution may or may not have fees associated with this type of payment. To register for electronics payments, complete the Vendor ACH Agreement, and return the completed form to the address or fax number provided. Once all the information is received and verified, you will begin receiving payments electronically as net terms mature.
